New You In 2022 Ten-Day Pilates Challenge

 
 
 

If you are ready to start something new or to take some time to focus on you, the New You In 2022 Ten-Day Pilates Challenge may be just what you’re looking for. Some times the busyness of the holiday season and the overindulgences can make us feel sort of “blah”. There can also be the pressure of a new year that can make us feel like we “should’ have some kind of new year’s resolution and then a month into the new year our resolve has fizzled away. 

I have designed this challenge to help our bodies and minds to slowly get back into moving again and to create a space for a routine and habit that can continue past the 10 days of the Pilates challenge. Sometimes the hardest part is just starting. Let me help you start, and you set some time aside each day just to focus on you - your health and your well being. You will be amazed at how good, energized and strong you feel at the end of this challenge.

Every level of fitness is welcome. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from. The main thing is to start and to make your health and feeling good in your own skin a priority.

For this challenge you will receive 10 days of instruction via live Zoom classes with me. The replay of each day’s class will be made available right after the class on the same day. All the replays will stay up online through the end of February. If you can’t make the live class, no problem. You can do the replay at your convenience. The challenge runs at 9:00am-10:00am HST Monday through Friday for two weeks starting on Monday, January 10th and ending on Friday, January 21st. The New You In 2022 Ten-Day Pilates Challenge is $89.
